How Do I Order?
When it comes to placing an order, we do things a little differently—and that’s what makes us unique. You won’t find a shopping cart or an “Order Now” button on our website. Instead, we believe the best custom products start with a conversation.
To place an order, simply send us an email. One of our team members will personally guide you through the entire process, help you choose the right products and customization options, and answer any questions along the way. This hands-on approach ensures every order is tailored exactly to your needs from start to finish.
What Are The Setup/Design Fees?
Unlike many fully custom apparel manufacturers, we do not charge any setup or design fees. Every product begins as a brand-new concept, and we want you to have the freedom to be as creative as you’d like—at no additional cost.
Whether you’re providing finished artwork or starting with an idea that needs to be brought to life by our in-house art team, there are no extra fees for design or setup.
The easiest way to receive pricing is to start a conversation with us. With just a few details, we can typically provide a quick estimate. Once all specifications and any decoration add-ons are finalized, we’ll deliver a detailed quote with an exact price.
Can I Sell These Garments Under My Own Brand?
Yes. All garments we produce are fully custom. This means you are free to sell them under your own brand.
Your garments are created from scratch with your vision in mind, allowing you to present them as part of your own collection—not as co-branded or third-party products. With options for custom labels, branding details, and unique construction, you can confidently resell your pieces as original designs.
Whether you’re launching a clothing line, creating merchandise, or building a long-term brand, we provide the foundation for you to sell professionally and authentically under your own name.
Can We Customize the Fit or Silhouette?
At this time, our garments are offered in set fits and silhouettes, rather than custom sizing or pattern adjustments. However, we offer multiple styles within each garment category to help ensure you can find the fit that works best for your needs.
To assist with selection, size charts are available on all products, making it easy to choose the right style and sizing for your order.
We’re also continuously developing new styles and expanding our catalog. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, we encourage you to reach out—your ideal fit may already be in development or available soon.
What Are The Lead Times Once Artwork Is Approved?
Once your artwork is approved, your order enters our production schedule. Normal lead times are approximately 8 weeks total, though this timeline can vary depending on the volume and complexity of your order.
That’s where your dedicated account manager comes in. They monitor your order from start to finish, provide updates along the way, and keep you informed on your order’s progress through production and shipping.
Once your order ships, transit time can take up to 10 days, depending on the delivery location.
Can I Place An Order For A Garment From A Brand I Like?
We do not print or decorate garments from other brands. Instead, we specialize in creating fully custom garments made from scratch—designed specifically for you.
Working with us means you’re not just adding a logo to someone else’s product. You become your own private label. From fabric colors to decoration, every element is intentionally designed around your vision. We are constantly adding new fits to our catalog to ensure you can create with the most up to date styles. We also offer custom branding options such as inside neck labels, woven labels, and other private-label details, allowing you to present your garments as a complete, original collection.
This approach gives you far more creative control, a higher-quality end product, and a truly unique result—just like a fashion designer bringing a concept to life.
Will Your Brand Appear on My Garments?
Not unless you want it to. We operate as a white-label manufacturer, giving you full control over how your garments are branded.
By default, our products include a CLRNV label in the back neck or waistband. As an optional add-on, this label can be replaced with your own organization, team, or brand label, allowing your garments to be presented entirely under your name.
This flexibility ensures your finished pieces align perfectly with your brand identity—whether you’re creating merchandise, uniforms, or a full private-label collection.
Can I Reorder a Previous Style?
Yes. We keep all previous orders on file, making reorders fast and efficient.
Whether you need to restock, reorder for a new group, or place a recurring order, we can quickly reference your past details to ensure consistency in fit, design, and customization. Your account manager will guide you through the reorder process and help make any updates if needed.
Can I Order Just One Or Maybe A Few?
At this time, we do not offer single-item or small-quantity orders. Most of our products have a 50-piece minimum, as our manufacturing process is designed for custom, bulk production.
Within that 50-piece minimum, there is no limit on size distribution. You’re free to mix and match sizes to best fit your group or organization. We currently offer sizes ranging from Small through 3XL.
This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality, customization options, and competitive pricing across every order.
Can I Mix Decoration Methods on One Garment?
Yes. Multiple decoration methods can be combined on a single garment. This flexibility is one of the key advantages of fully custom clothing.
You can mix different decoration styles to add depth, texture, and unique details, creating a truly one-of-a-kind piece. Whether your design calls for subtle branding or bold, statement-making elements, combining techniques allows you to bring your vision to life exactly as intended.
Will Your Brand Appear on My Garments?
Pricing is determined by several key factors, including quantity, garment type, level of customization, and decoration methods.
Because every piece we produce is fully custom, pricing is tailored to each order. Details such as fabric choices, branding elements, and decoration techniques all play a role in the final cost. Larger quantities typically allow for more cost efficiency, while highly detailed or multi-decoration designs may impact pricing.
Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we’ll provide a detailed quote with transparent pricing—so you know exactly what to expect before production begins.
Can We Customize the Fit or Silhouette?
Yes. Before production begins, we provide a detailed proof for your approval that outlines style, color, and decoration placement.
We ask that you review your proof carefully. Once approved, your order is sent directly into production to ensure the fastest possible turnaround. After production begins, no changes can be made to the order, so final approval is essential.
Your account manager is always available to answer questions or walk through the proof with you before approval.
